Joy Malka

Joy Malka works as a Counsel in the Employment Law Team of Walder Wyss. She advises national companies, international groups and private individuals on all aspects of employment law, in particular on the drafting of employment contracts and personnel regulations, the termination of employment relationships and in the context of restructuring projects (such as transfers of undertakings and mass redundancies). In addition, Joy Malka has many years of expertise in the areas of personnel leasing, international transfers of employees and working time permit applications.

Joy Malka studied at the Universities of Zurich and Geneva (lic. iur. Zurich 2010), was admitted to the bar of the Canton of Zurich in 2013 and is a Certified Specialist SBA in Labour Law.

Joy Malka joined Walder Wyss as of Counsel in 2023. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, she worked as an attorney in a large Zurich law firm specialized in employment and social security law and in a major Zurich business law firm. Prior to her practice as an attorney, Joy Malka worked as a trainee in a leading business law firm in Geneva.

Joy Malka practices in German, French and English and also speaks Hebrew. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all cantons of Switzerland.
