Swiss Life – CHF 600 million Senior Bonds
11 April 2024 – Swiss Life Holding Ltd. successfully placed three tranches of senior bonds totalling CHF 600 million on 10 April 2024, comprising a tranche of CHF 125 million with maturity in 2027 and a 1.4100% coupon, a tranche of CHF 200 million with maturity in 2030 and a 1.5025% coupon and a tranche of CHF 275 million with maturity in 2033 and a 1.6575% coupon. The bonds were placed with investors in the Swiss franc market. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including future refinancings of outstanding debt instruments.
