Swiss Life has invested in Swiss Credit Partners

27 May 2025 – Today, Swiss Credit Partners announced that it is entering the Swiss market as a new lender for medium-sized companies. The company aims to move into the void left by recent upheavals in the banking landscape, especially the disappearance of Credit Suisse from corporate financing. The FINMA-licensed asset manager is commencing operations with CHF 1.2 billion in capital, provided by Swiss Life and Vaudoise Insurance.

Swiss Credit Partners intends to expand its investor base further, with a particular focus on institutional investors such as insurance companies, pension funds, and asset managers.

Walder Wyss advised Swiss Life, the main investor, on all legal matters relating to this transaction. The team included Thiemo Sturny (Partner, Corporate/M&A) and Viktoriya Chernaya (Associate, Corporate/M&A).
