Swiss Life - CHF 225m Hybrid Bonds

Swiss Life has successfully placed a CHF 225m dated subordinated bond, first callable in January 2032. The bonds were placed with investors in the Swiss Franc market. The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including potential future refinancings of outstanding debt instruments.

Walder Wyss acted as legal counsel to Swiss Life on this transaction.
