Ferax Treuhand AG, an established, state-supervised fiduciary and audit firm based in Zurich, with a particular focus on audit services for the insurance sector, has entered into a strategic partnership with Trusso Group. Trusso Group is a Swiss platform providing fiduciary, accounting, and business advisory services to SMEs.

Walder Wyss advised the shareholders of Ferax Treuhand AG on the transaction.
