Yannick Moser is a managing associate in the Employment and Real Estate Team. His areas of expertise include employment law and tenancy law. In addition, he has many years of experience in questions of obtaining work and residence permits. He regularly advises and represents national companies, international groups as well as private individuals in all aspects of these practice areas, including litigation matters.
Born in 1990, Yannick Moser was educated at the University of Basel (BLaw 2013, MLaw 2015). Yannick Moser was admitted to the bar in 2017, alter having worked as a trainee lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Basel-Stadt, the Office of Economy and Labour of Basel-Stadt, the State conciliation authority for rental disputes of Basel-Stadt, the Criminal Court of Basel-Stadt and Walder Wyss.
