14 avril 2022 – Mökah AG, a company of the Kanalservice Group and portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, acquires H. Jakober AG as part of the group’s ongoing growth strategy.

H. Jakober AG is a provider of comprehensive services in the areas of i.a. traditional sewer maintenance, surface treatment and water high pressure cleaning.

With approximately 300 employees, 250 vehicles and 9 group companies, Mökah Group is a leading service provider in the field of sewer and road maintenance.
