1 septembre 2022 – On August 31, 2022, Komax Holding AG (SIX: KOMN), a globally active technology group based in the Canton (state) of Lucerne, announced that the closing of Schleuniger AG's acquisition occurred on August 30, 2022. The associated capital increase took place on August 30, 2022. The 1,283,333 newly issued registered shares were allocated to Metall Zug AG (SIX: METN) in exchange for 100% of the shares in Schleuniger AG. The new shares were listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange on August 31, 2022. Metall Zug AG, the former owner of all shares in Schleuniger AG, now holds a 25% stake in Komax Holding AG.
