19 décembre 2022 – Rapperswil-Jona-based QR Group AG, the Burger King master franchisee in Switzerland, acquired Nagel Group in November 2022. Nagel Group operates Burger King stores in Baden, Brüttisellen, Wetzikon and Chur.

Walder Wyss has advised the sole shareholder of Nagel Holding AG, the parent company of Nagel Group, on this transaction. The team was led by Urs P.
