22 décembre 2023 – On 21 December 2023, Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) announced the acquisition of Viva Gartenbau AG. The Basel-based ground maintenance and landscaping company was incorporated in 1992 and is today run by the two founders. Green Landscaping Group AB (publ) unites entrepreneurs active in the field of landscaping and construction, ground maintenance and snow & ice removal. Green Landscaping Group AB (publ)’s shares are listed on Nasdaq Stockholm with the ticker GREEN.
