14 novembre 2024 – On 1 November 2024, Franke Group acquired all shares in WESCO Group.

The Franke Group with its headquarters in Aarburg (AG), manufactures and supplies solutions and equipment for domestic kitchens, professional catering and coffee preparation globally. The Franke Group has around 7,700 employees in 35 countries and generates net sales of around CHF 2.42 billion.

The WESCO Group is a Swiss family business, headquartered in Wettingen (AG). Founded in the 1960s, the group specializes in manufacturing and selling extractor hoods and ventilation systems for kitchens, apartments, offices and schools. The WESCO Group has 280 employees in Switzerland, Germany and Italy and generates net sales of approximately CHF 97 million.
