Dominik Aerni is counsel in the Corporate/M&A-Team of Walder Wyss. His practice focuses on domestic and international mergers & acquisitions and general commercial and corporate law matters.

Dominik Aerni studied law at the University of Fribourg (MLaw, 2010). Prior to joining Walder Wyss, he was working for several years for another leading law firm in Zurich.

Dominik Aerni's professional languages are German and English. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
