Manu Ferro is a senior associate in the Banking & Finance Team. She advises banks and corporate clients in connection with complex national and international financing and capital markets transactions and more generally in banking, stock exchange and corporate law matters. In finance, she focuses on corporate debt finance, acquisition finance and securitisations. Furthermore, Manu Ferro also advises on M&A transactions.

Manu Ferro studied at the University of Berne and the Université Paris 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne (MLaw 2017) . Before joining Walder Wyss, she gained working experience as attorney at major law firm in Zurich.

Manu Ferro primarily advises clients in German and English. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
