Publigroupe to sell majority in xentive
Swiss listed Publigroupe SA has sold 51% of the shares in xentive sa to Boston-based Mediaspectrum Inc. in order to allow xentive to generate additional third market volume and to thereby obtain scale effects. The transaction remains subject to antitrust approval.
Walder Wyss acted as legal advisor to Publigroupe. The Walder Wyss team was led by Lucas Hänni (Managing Associate, M&A).
