12 giugno 2022 – UBS Switzerland AG as Mandated Lead Arranger, Bookrunner, Agent, Security Agent and Lender as well as other banks as Lenders entered into a Swiss law governed mortgage-backed credit facility agreement for Rhystadt AG in collaboration with Nova Property Fund Management AG for purposes of (re)financing the mortgage financing and further supporting the development of the “Klybeckareal” in Basel city.
