Managing Associate
Valentin Wiesner is a managing associate in the Banking & Finance Team of Walder Wyss. He primarily advises domestic and international financial institutions, funds and corporations on corporate and acquisition financing. Another focus of his practice is advice on capital market transactions.
Born in 1992, Valentin Wiesner was educated at the University of Zurich (MLaw 2015) and the University of Amsterdam (LL.M. Law and Finance 2021). Before joining Walder Wyss as junior associate in 2015, he worked in the group legal department of an internationally active Swiss insurance group. Valentin Wiesner was admitted to the bar in 2017.
Valentin Wiesner's professional languages are German and English. He also speaks French. He is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
