20 luglio 2022 – On 1 June 2022, AEW Energie AG issued a CHF 125m fixed rate straight bond with a 7 years term and a coupon of 1.5%. Zürcher Kantonalbank acted as sole arranger and sole bookrunner. The bond proceeds are used to finance the investment in Kraftwerk Ryburg-Schwörstadt AG. This was AEW Energie AG’s inaugural bond issuance.
