11 giugno 2023 – Walder Wyss advised UBS Switzerland AG as Mandated Lead Arranger, Underwriter and Fronting Bank on a syndicated Credit Facilites Agreement for Groupe Baume SA to finance the acquisition of certain participations in the companies of the group Baume, including the companies Orolux SA, Joseph Baume SA, Paloba SA, Oropol SA, Novolux Watch Co Ltd and Preciform Co Ltd.

Group Baume is active in the production of finished products for the watchmaking industry.
