12 luglio 2023 – Walder Wyss advised UBS Switzerland AG and an international syndicate consisting of 21 additional lenders in connection with the new CHF 700 million multicurrency credit facility agreement for On Holding AG (NYSE:ONON) and its wholly-owned subsidiaries On AG and On Inc. On is a fast-growing, premium performance sportswear brand originating in Switzerland and present in more than 60 countries globally.

The Walder Wyss team acted as lead counsel to UBS Switzerland AG and the other syndicate lenders.
