22 aprile 2024 – Walder Wyss successfully represented Grünenthal Pharma AG before the Swiss Federal Supreme Court. Both the order by the Federal Office of Public Health regarding the price reduction of one of their pharmaceuticals as a result of the three-yearly price review and the judgement of the Federal Administrative Court were revoked and the pharmaceutical was held to be cost effective. The Walder Wyss team included Andreas Wildi and Celine Weber.
