29 agosto 2024 – An affiliate of Regent, L.P., a global investment firm, has acquired Bally International A.G. ("Bally"), the Switzerland-based luxury shoe and accessories company, from JAB.

A team from the Italian law firm LCA Studio Legale, led by M&A partner Leah Dunlop, advised JAB as lead legal advisor on the overall transaction. The LCA team further included Antonio Di Pasquale, Valerio Navarra, Ludovico Bonacina and Giovanni Battista Ferri.

Walder Wyss advised JAB and LCA Studio Legale as Swiss legal advisor on the transaction. The team comprised of Urs P. Gnos (Corporate/M&A, Partner), Fabienne Anner (Corporate/M&A, Counsel), and Christian Hagen (Corporate/M&A, Managing Associate), and further included Marius Breier (Tax, Partner).
