12 dicembre 2024 – ECOREAL Swiss Real Estate Investment Foundation has announced that it has acquired a real estate portfolio comprising of eleven properties with a market value exceeding CHF 100m from an institutional investor. The properties are spread across Switzerland. As a result, ECOREAL's real estate portfolio now has a volume of over CHF 2bn.

ECOREAL is an investment foundation domiciled in Zurich. With its investment groups SUISSECORE PLUS and SUISSESELECT, it manages two collective investment schemes for investors active in the field of occupational pensions. The foundation invests its assets under management exclusively in real estate.
