19 dicembre 2024 – The Frankfurt-based investment company VR Equitypartner, together with Süd Beteiligungen GmbH, has acquired a majority stake in DEKOM AG, a leading international IT system house specializing in customized audiovisual conferencing and collaboration solutions. Hamburg-based DEKOM AG is an international AV integrator with over 25 years of experience. The company employs more than 200 people at multiple locations in Europe – including Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium and Switzerland – as well as in the U.S. DEKOM acts as a one-stop shop, taking on the planning, design and installation of hardware and software for its more than 6,000 customers worldwide, and also offers licenses, cloud services and maintenance services.
