22 gennaio 2025 – Walder Wyss advised the founders Christopher Kindl and Severin Landolt on the sale of all shares in Tremor Labs, Inc. to Vercel Inc. Tremor Labs is a Y-Combinator startup providing an open-source product for building charts and dashboards.

The team was led by Alice Vorburger (Corporate/M&A, Managing Associate) and Ramona Wyss (Transaction/Regulatory, Partner) and further included Carmen Spichiger (Corporate/M&A, Senior Associate), Fabienne Limacher (Tax, Partner), Daniela Hottiger (Tax, Associate) and Angelina Pellegrini (Employment, Senior Associate).
