18 marzo 2025 – Walder Wyss advised Baculus Holding AG, a portfolio company of Nachfolgepartner AG, on the acquisition of all shares in RH Marketing GmbH. As part of a succession arrangement, the company was transferred to a new owner who will continue and further develop its strong market position in the field of promotional materials and advertising products.
