26 marzo 2025 – Walder Wyss advised DA Pet Supplies AG, a portfolio company of Nachfolgepartner AG, on the acquisition of the key assets of Delphin Amazonia AG in the context of an asset deal. The transaction focused in particular on the acquisition of the well-known brand “Delphin-Amazonia” and the associated wholesale business, recognized for its high-quality pet food and accessories.

With this acquisition, the buyer aims to further strengthen its position in the pet market and expand its offering in the segment of sustainable and premium pet products.
