15 luglio 2025 – Alvotech (NASDAQ: ALVO), a global biotech company specializing in the development and manufacture of biosimilar medicines for patients worldwide, acquired the Ivers-Lee Group (“Ivers-Lee”), a family owned business with headquarters in Burgdorf, Switzerland. Ivers-Lee specializes in high-quality assembly and packaging services for the pharmaceutical sector.

Walder Wyss acted as Swiss legal advisor for Alvotech on all legal and tax aspects of the transaction.
