The TSG Group, a European provider of technical services for mobility and energy solutions based in Paris, acquires majority stakes in Swiss TEPU Holding AG, which consists of the companies Pfanner & Frei AG and re.com Elektroanlagen AG. Through this integration, TSG Switzerland SA gains 95 additional specialists, thereby strengthening its technical expertise and operational potential in electrical and building technology. Concurrently, the company continues to expand its market position in Switzerland.

Both companies boast a seasoned team of engineers and service technicians and are excellently positioned in the data centre sector, which forms a core focus of their business activities. Pfanner & Frei AG and re.com Elektroanlagen AG will maintain their existing leadership, corporate culture, and market presence independently.
