Blockstrom AG, a pioneer in digital energy data management and ZEV solutions, has joined the ista group. As of March 4, 2026, Blockstrom was acquired by ista swiss ag, the Swiss subsidiary of the global real estate service provider ista SE (headquartered in Essen, Germany). This strategic acquisition reinforces ista's commitment to delivering integrated solutions for metering, billing, and energy management in the building sector from a single source.

Walder Wyss advised ista as buyer throughout this transaction.
