collana health AG, a portfolio company of Ufenau Capital Partners, is strategically expanding its range of services: With its new Workforce Management business unit, collana health is expanding its portfolio to include specialized consulting and implementation services related to workforce planning and time tracking - thereby bridging a key gap between HR processes and data-driven clinical and administrative systems in the healthcare sector. The new business unit was acquired from HRM Systems AG, with which a strategic partnership has been established.
