11. März 2021 – Walder Wyss advised the shareholders of HUBERLAB.AG on the sale to Calibre Scientific, Inc.

HUBERLAB.AG is a leading Swiss distributor of life science consumables, reagents and tools selling into pharmaceutical labs, environmental labs, government entities, research universities and other industrial end customers.

The Walder Wyss team was led by Alexander Gutmans (Partner, Corporate/M&A and Venture Capital) and included Robert Desax (Partner, Tax) and Karina Tschon (Associate, Corporate/M&A and Venture Capital).
