8. März 2024 – UBS Switzerland AG acted as Mandated Lead Arranger, Coordinator, Lender, Agent and Security Agent, together with Thurgauer Kantonalbank and Zürcher Kantonalbank as lenders in connection with the financing of EGS Beteiligungen AG’s acquisition of a majority stake in SERTO Group. SERTO Group is a globally recognized specialist in pipe connection technology offering solutions for all industries and applications in which liquids or gases are transported, distributed or regulated. The transaction successfully closed on 20 February 2024.
