14. November 2024 – Walder Wyss advised UBS Switzerland AG in its role as mandate lead arranger and lender in connection with the contemplated financing of SIX Exchange Group AG for its acquisition (by way of cash tender offer) of 100% of the issued share capital of Aquis Exchange Plc., England. The contemplated acquisition was announced on 11 November 2024.
