Walder Wyss advised Amundi Energy Transition on all Swiss law aspects of its strategic investment in Youdera Group SA, a platform developing and operating distributed energy solutions for commercial and industrial clients across Europe. The transaction supports Youdera’s EUR 150 million deployment plan, focused on Switzerland, Portugal and Spain. In a context of energy price volatility, Youdera’s zero CAPEX model enables clients to reduce grid dependence, stabilise costs and accelerate electrification. The investment strengthens Amundi’s low-carbon infrastructure portfolio and supports the expansion of decentralised energy solutions in Europe.
