Walder Wyss advised UBS Switzerland AG as mandated lead arranger, coordinator and agent and the entire banking syndicate in connection with a new syndicated CHF 650,000,000 term and revolving credit facilities agreement for Siegried Holding AG. The proceeds of this transaction will be used to refinance an existing bridge facility as well as for general corporate purposes. Siegried Holding AG is a leading global Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) for the pharmaceutical industry.
