HELVEON, a Swiss investment firm focused on backing local SMEs, has acquired a majority stake in Bubbles Crèches, a premium private daycare network in French-speaking Switzerland. LD Education, the seller, will continue to support the company and its development as a minority shareholder. HELVEON’s investment will enable Bubbles Crèches to further accelerate the expansion of its network in Switzerland, together with Noémie Benhamou and the Team.
