Filtration Group acquires Oxyphen

Filtration Group, Chicago, an affiliate of Madison Industries acquired Wetzikon, Switzerland based Oxyphen, an innovator in track-etched membranes.

Walder Wyss advised the Seller on the transaction, acting as Swiss counsel. The team has been led by Maurus Winzap (Partner, Tax) and Urs P.
