4 January 2021 – Dovista A/S, part of the Danish VKR Group, and Arbonia AG have reached an agreement concerning the purchase of Arbonia’s Windows Division. The transaction is subject to approval by the competition authorities. Dovista houses leading vertical window brands in Scandinavia. Arbonia Windows Division is a vertical windows and doors manufacturer with companies in Switzerland, Germany, Poland and Slovakia with main activities in Central Europe.
