24 June 2021 – Partners (Naxicap), a Private-Equity-Company active in the mid-cap market, purchased the Swiss company myStromer AG (Stromer). The acquisition has been completed on 25 June 2021. Stromer is the leading manufacturer of premium speed pedelecs in Europe and the United States. Walder Wyss has advised Naxicap in connection with the acquisition and the acquisition financing. The acquisition financing has been provided under the lead of Zürcher Kantonalbank und Migros Bank AG as Mandated Lead Arrangers.
