Hannes Meyle is a Managing Associate in the Information Technology, Intellectual Property and Competition team. He advises and represents Swiss and international companies on data and technology law. He specialises in data- and technology-related contracts, data security matters, cloud projects, data protection compliance (including implementation projects and audits), and artificial intelligence. He regularly gives talks on his area of expertise.

After studying law at the University of Geneva (Certificat de Droit Transnational 2010) and at Ludwig Maximilian University of Munich (Second State Examination in Law 2015), he obtained his doctorate in 2020 from the University of Geneva with a thesis in private international law (summa cum laude; recipient of the Prof. Walther Hug Prize).

Hannes Meyle is a native German speaker and is fluent in English and French. He is a member of the Munich Bar Association (Germany) and is registered with the Zurich Bar Register, and admitted to practice before all Swiss courts.
