6 July 2022 – ELSA, a milk processing company belonging to the Migros Group, intends to invest in the procurement of raw materials by acquiring a 50% stake in aaremilch AG and a stake in Simmental Switzerland AG, which operates the Diemtigtal Nature Park cheese dairy as an operating company.
