Sagard NewGen Acquires a Minority Stake in Unit8

7 December 2022 – On 8 December 2022, the financial investor Sagard NewGen, announced the acquisition of a minority stake in Unit8 SA. Founded in 2017, Morges-based Unit8 SA is a leading Swiss data services company with a mission to help its clients turn data into value with a mix of data science, analytics, and AI.

Walder Wyss has advised Sagard NewGen on the transaction.
