Areas of activity: Tax

Natascha Rizzi is a managing associate in the Tax Team. As an attorney-at-law and certified tax expert, she advises companies and private individuals on national and international tax law. She regularly represents clients in tax proceedings. Her main areas of practice include, among others, advising companies and entrepreneurs on employee participation and incentive schemes, corporate restructurings, the acquisition and sale of businesses, as well as on cross-border employment matters. Her advisory work also covers the relocation of private individuals and companies to Switzerland.

Natascha Rizzi studied at the University of St. Gallen (Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2016 und Master’s degree in Law and Economics in 2018). During her studies, she worked as a legal assistant for an attorney in St. Gallen. Prior to taking up her position as an attorney-at-law at Walder Wyss where she had already worked as a trainee lawyer, she worked as an auditor at a first instance court in the canton of St. Gallen. She was admitted to the bar in 2021 and qualified in 2024 as a federally certified tax expert.

Natascha Rizzi's professional languages are German and English. She is registered with the Zurich Bar Registry and admitted to practice in all Switzerland.
