Mounia Stocker is an associate at Walder Wyss. Her preferred practice areas are labour law, contract law, data protection law and social security law. She has also published articles on various technology and intellectual property law issues in different journals.

She studied law at the University of Basel (BLaw 2021, MLaw 2023) and was admitted to the bar in 2025. During her studies, she worked as a student assistant at the Chair of Private Law, specialising in life sciences and intellectual property law, at the University of Basel. Prior to joining Walder Wyss, she worked as a trainee lawyer at Walder Wyss and as a legal intern at the Civil Court Basel-Landschaft West. She also gained practical experience as a legal trainee in the corporate legal department and as a legal employee in the compliance office of a leading international pharmaceutical company.

Mounia Stocker primarily works in German and English. She also speaks Darija and has a solid knowledge of French. She is registered with the Bar Register of the Canton of Basel-Stadt and authorised to practise throughout Switzerland.
