24 mai 2024 – On 23 May 2024, Houzy AG and its two anchor shareholders, Baloise Versicherung AG and UBS Switzerland AG, announced that Houzy and Devis.ch SA are merging to strengthen their position as the leading platform for homeowners in Switzerland.

Houzy was founded in 2017 and is now the leading Swiss platform for homeowners with more than 150,000 registered users. Devis.ch (with its sub-brand "Offerten.ch"), on the other hand, is the leading craftspeople placement platform in the French-speaking part of Switzerland with 10 years of experience in the placement of over CHF 40 million in craftspeople services per year.

Walder Wyss has advised Houzy on the transaction.
