6 gennaio 2022 – On 17 December 2021, DDM Group announced the acquisition of Swiss Bankers Prepaid Services AG, the Swiss market leader for prepaid cards. DDM Group, headquartered in Zug, Switzerland, operates as an active investor and partner for financial institutions in Europe including acquisitions of assets and companies previously held by banks, such as is the case with Swiss Bankers Prepaid Services AG. With its experience at the intersection of technology and the financial sector, DDM Group intends to actively shape and support the strategic orientation of Swiss Bankers Prepaid Services AG and the implementation of their international expansion strategy going forward. The transaction is subject to the issuance of the necessary regulatory approvals.
