19 luglio 2023 – In May 2023, Cembra Money Bank AG (Cembra) closed an auto lease securitization transaction involving the issuance by Swiss Auto Lease 2023-1 GmbH (the Issuer) of a CHF 275,000,000 floating rate senior asset backed loan note with an optional redemption date in 2026.

Walder Wyss advised Cembra on the overall structuring and all Swiss legal tax and VAT aspects of this transaction; Walder Wyss acted as Swiss drafting counsel.
