7 dicembre 2023 – Axalta Coating Systems Group (NYSE: AXTA) has acquired André Koch AG, an established provider of car repair and maintenance services.

Formerly a privately owned company, André Koch AG has been operating successfully in the premium segment of the refinish market in Switzerland. The acquisition adds to Axalta’s footprint and enables Andre Koch AG to further provide the highest services and premium products to the Swiss customers.
