23 maggio 2025 – On 20 May 2025, the German multi-service group WISAG announced the acquisition of all shares in the facility services company Stampfli AG. With more than 2,500 employees, Stampfli is one of the most traditional and successful Swiss companies in its sector. WISAG is thus strategically expanding its business in the Swiss core market and driving forward sustainable growth in key European markets.
