Garage Auto Kunz AG, a leading family-owned Swiss car dealership, was sold to Gross Garage Gruppe. Garage Auto Kunz AG is one of Switzerland's largest parallel and direct importers and focuses on traditional car sales and trading in CO₂ certificates.

Walder Wyss acted as legal advisor to the owners of Garage Auto Kunz AG in the transaction.
